Our hand-picked combination of germanium and silicon transistors coupled with an internal bias control gives you the option to tailor the Crosstown’s gain structure to your personal taste without having to worry about stability issues such as overheating. In addition to the standard GAIN and VOLUME controls, the Crosstown features two additional knobs for total EQ control. And lastly, the BODY control gives you the ability to either enhance or tame the wooly low end that is characteristic of most fuzz face circuits. Simply crank the BODY for a full and fat bass response, or roll it back for a smoother, creamier tone.
