Refund policy
General Terms:
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Refund:
Buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Return Window:
Used & Vintage Items - 3 Days
Used & Vintage items may be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
New Items - 7 days
New items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Special Cases:
Custom Orders, Special Orders, Special Event Items and Non-Stock Items: No returns accepted. All custom sales (custom orders, special event items sold in the store, any non-stock items) including deposits are final.
International Orders: No returns accepted. All international sales are final.
Sale Items: All sales on sale items are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on sale items.
