Shipping policy
- We do not collect taxes for items shipping out of California.
- Most brand new pedals ship free.
- We ship pedals by USPS Ground or UPS Ground within the US. International orders are shipped by USPS or UPS services depending on the destination and package size. If you have a specific carrier preference, please contact us before ordering.
- Guitars are shipped by UPS Ground.
- Express shipping upgrades are available for all products at checkout. US Express shipping is UPS 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air depending on the package size and destination.
- All orders placed before 4:00 PM PST are packed the same day and picked up by UPS or USPS next day.
