Fender Special Edition '72 Thinline Telecaster Faded Sonic Blue

For Telecaster Thinline fans who appreciate the guitar’s stylish original-era vibe, the Special Edition ’72 Telecaster Thinline is a must-have. The original dual-single-coil model of 1969 got an even more expansive voice in 1972 with the acquisition of two big Fender Wide Range humbucking pickups, which are also used on this finely crafted Special Edition model. Other vintage-style elements include a lightweight semi-hollow ash body with a single “F” hole, and the three-screw neck attachment with Micro-Tilt™ angle adjustment mechanism first adopted in the early 1970s. The guitar also features a beautiful white pearloid pickguard, a vintage-style Stratocaster® hardtail bridge for maximum intonation and tuning stability, and more.
